Since 2015, Laval Senior Academy welcomes all students, who want to learn as well as develop social interactions amongst peers. This high school also has a supportive and compassionate staff, who willingly guides students towards the right path. It allows the students to go into a specific program they choose, based on their interests and attributes. Academic success is not the only main focus in our school. Art, Music, Theatre, Sports Excellence programs are also offered to students who want to focus on one of the fields they wish to study, in preparation for college, university and so forth. WOTP and Special Education programs also give others with disabilities a chance to work like the rest of the crowd. For those who are interested in helping the public, leadership/citizenship programs are created to give students the opportunity to become caring and compassionate people. Other than studies alone, there are also other activities that students can take part of such as the Chess Club, indoor sports in the gymnasium, Community Breakfast, Blue and Gold, Comedy Night, Wakeover and especially Robotics. Field trips are offered to places such as Ottawa, New Brunswick, Europe and Costa Rica, which are also organized by our amazing staff. This gives the students the chance to explore the environment from countries around the world and learn issues pertaining to common knowledge. According to their academic and community achievements, there is also an Awards Night dedicated to the hard-working and considerate students, who deserved to be recognized in the long run. In the end, Laval Senior Academy's objective is to maintain a safe and peaceful environment as well as construct foundation, integrity and responsibility for future students big and small. By the time students leave this school, their minds and eyes must learn to open widely, to strike upon real life and deal when hardships get in the way.
